The Process
When choosing to build with Mavid you are completely guided and have a helping hand for your entire build process with the added flexibility of fully customising to suit your needs, timeframe and budget.
From initial contact we are able to take on plans you have already acquired privately, or carefully create your dream space with one of our designers. While plans get finalised / created, the colour and selection process can begin, where you are guided specifically to ensure your budget is achieved and that you are choosing inclusions that reflect this.
Pricing is then completed and we are able to provide feedback to you and make any necessary changes required.
From here we can co-ordinate lodgement of your dream home and once successfully approved, the real journey begins!
The Planning
You will be welcomed into the Mavid HQ with your very own client liaison to help explore and guide you through our brand new client selection studio. This purpose built studio and colour room is a specialised space full of display products and showpieces chosen to help inspire clients and make the selections process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
We understand that building your dream home is a huge commitment and we want to work with you to achieve a beautiful custom home that is uniquely yours, stress free and enjoyable. Our display room has (among other things) the most important components that make a house a home with quality made products from our preferred suppliers, ensuring you can visualise the end product you have the opportunity to achieve.
The Promise
Given our extensive experience building new homes, we are here for you each and every step of the way. With regular site meetings with your Project Team as well as a weekly update on progress onsite you will always be kept in the loop of any exciting features that are installed that week.
